Town Planning Scheme No.4
The new Town Planning Scheme (PDF 1.11MB) consists of the scheme text and a set of Zoning and Special Control Area Maps. The Scheme is to be read in conjunction with the Local Planning Strategy (PDF 30MB) and is supported by a suite of new and revised Local Planning Policies (PDF 1.38MB) adopted under the Scheme.
The Local Planning Strategy is available for viewing at the City's Administration Centre.

Development Contribution Plans
Development Contribution Plans are covered under Part 6B, Schedule 13 of Town Planning Scheme No. 4 and are shown on Special Control Area Map 3. Development Contribution Plan No. 3 covers much of Harrisdale and Piara Waters and has an associated Infrastructure Cost Schedule which calculates the Cost Contribution Per Lot.
