Welcome to the City of Armadale Online Geographic Information System (GIS)
This online application will enable you to search on any property within the City of Armadale using a simple address search or by navigating to a property of interest using the zoom and pan functions. A range of information is provided on each property, e.g. address, zoning, dimensions etc. Feel free to explore your way around the City of Armadale using the interactive tools provided in IntraMaps.
How to use the Interactive GIS
Map Tools

Select tools allow you to select parcels of land and display information associated with it, in the information pane. |

Zoom tools allow you to zoom in and zoom out. |

The Pan tool allows you to pan around the screen by clicking and dragging the mouse. |
Associative Tools

Previous view, this tool allows you to go to a previous view in either direction, ONCE ONLY. |

To print a map out to your local printer. |

Reverts the display to the full view of the map. |

Tabs
 |
The Selection Tab displays information for the current selections from the map window. The Layers Tab allows the user to turn on and off different map layers for a module. The FAQ Tab contains answers to common questions for the use of Intramaps Public. |
Searches
 |
You can search for a parcel of land and locate it on the screen. By using either the street or lot number combined with the street name or alternatively by the assessment number. |

Confirmation of zoning, density coding, scheme provisions, policies, local laws, structure plans and detailed area plans may be obtained by viewing the official versions of Town Planning Scheme No.4 and other planning documents which are available at the City's Administration Centre.
- Accurate information for Lot Size & Dimensions. Confirmation of information relating to lot sizes, dimensions and boundaries and easements/notices may be obtained from Landgate formerly known as the Department of Land Information at www.landgate.wa.gov.au
- Aerial Photography. All Aerial Photography displays information at the dates the aerial photography was taken and is only updated annually and biannually by new aerial photography. For more information refer to www.landgate.wa.gov.au
