Licence to Deposit Material on Verge
Storage of material on the verge is permissible in certain circumstances only.
A builder shall not deposit or store any material on a street, way, or other public place except for the purpose of immediate transportation of that material onto the building site. The deposit and transportation shall be carried out as expeditiously as possible.
At such times when the verge is required to be used for the deposit of material, the City may approve a licence for the use.
